Public bug reported:
When plasma crashes and the crash reporting assistant comes up, it says
that the backtrace information is not useful, and it says I need to
install debug symbols to improve it. so when I click that, a window
comes up saying looking for debug packages, then it goes away, and
nothing has changed. It still says to install the debug symbols, and
they are never installed.
