after running the following in a terminal you'll find a file called
logs.tar.xz in your home directory, please attach it to the bug report
cd ~
mkdir logs
cd logs
cp -r /var/log/apt
cp /var/log/dpkg.log*
cd ..
tar -cf logs.tar logs
xz -9 logs.tar
rm -r logs
