the problem is still there in feisty. It can be reproduced.

Before (I think in Edgy) I could switch sessions with <ALT><F7> and <ALT><F8> 
now <F8> is not longer associated with a X-Session the second session 
starting with <ALT><F9>. Starting with this "Function-Key-Gap" the problem 
occurred the first time.

Even with this bug I need only one strong PC for the family with other members 
attaching with "slow" terminals.

Imaging doing this with a MS-system.
