Fix the effect of note displaying, and make it show as a modal window

Solve the problem that the chinese-calendar icon in the dash is larger than
normal(#1164859, #1161756 );
Add traditional Chinese festivals (#1155491);
Modify access to the home directory, change the current user's database storage
directory, use Qt function to replace the shell script operation(#1161425).
