Public bug reported:
When I set an odd dimension for unity's launcher, the icons on it
appears blurry. This problem is in ubuntu 12.04 and 13.04, I don't know
the situation in 12.10.
System:
Ubuntu Raring 32-bit (updated at 18 april 2013)
Notebook Toshiba U500-Ducati
Intel® Core™2 Duo CPU P8700 with Ati Hd4570
also appens on the same machine with Ubuntu Pangolin 64-bit
