You know, the development team really ought to at least consider minimizing 
when these three conditions are the case:
1) The launcher's application is already open
2) The launcher's application is already focused
3) The application has only one window instance.

Currently, when you click the launcher (in the state above), it does
NOTHING!

So why not add Toggle-Minimize feature here? At least do this,
pleaaaaaase?
