The issue is that the service used to get the location id (woeid) has
been discontinued some months ago.

There is a new one:
http://developer.yahoo.com/geo/geoplanet/guide/api_docs.html#api_overview

But the access is restricted by an appid key and the one from the old
service is not valid, whoever is maintaining indicator-weather should
register for a new one and port the code to the new api there...


Is anyone wanting to work on that soon? Or should we get the source dropped 
from raring (no point to allow new installation if no location can be 
configured)...
