i have an acer aspire one netbook which has been working perfectly with
ubuntu. this model has a built-in webcam which was also working without
any problems. during the last weeks I noticed that the webcam stopped
working in all apps (from cheese to skype) and the response I had form
thw lsusb command was the following:
Bus 001 Device 018: ID 064e:d101 Suyin Corp. Acer CrystalEye Webcam
Bus 001 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0002 Linux Foundation 2.0 root hub
Bus 002 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0001 Linux Foundation 1.1 root hub
Bus 003 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0001 Linux Foundation 1.1 root hub
Bus 004 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0001 Linux Foundation 1.1 root hub
Bus 005 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0001 Linux Foundation 1.1 root hub
how can I fix it?
