I get a very similar error with UBUNTU 12.04 on my ASUS G73J laptop.
After installing virtualbox and all of its dependencies I get the attached boot 
log...every time the service starts, normally at startup, it does not go in to 
logging screen before I hit strg+alt F8+F7....

After removing, kernel oops vanishes, absolutely reproducable...
