i know that is no the most professional way but i solved the issue in
this way:
1. Cleaning using two ways command.
sudo apt-get clean && sudo apt-get update
2. dpkg --configure -a
3. apt-get install -f
The last command will help you to remove all broken package.
4. sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get upgrade
5. reboot pc
6. Install the rest of the package through update-manager.
