Public bug reported:

When I plug my laptop into my TV via HDMI, I can no longer click most of
the indicators on the laptop side. I can click the volume, date, and
power cog, but everything to the left of that has no effect. On the TV's
side I can click all the indicators. Running fully updated ubuntu 13.04
with unity, the laptop has intel HD4000 graphics. The laptop screen is
at 1366x768 and the TV at 1080p.
