Public bug reported:
Chromium randomly shifts up an inch exposing part of the desktop
background and hides the tabs. This won't allow the page to be shifted
nor the top menu bar with minimization and full screen to be accessed.
The page must be moved by opening the multidesktop view and dragging it
down. I apologize if i am not supposed to report this problem to you, if
so please let me know any way possible. Thanks, Adam
