As it says. On 12.04 changing the screen brightness causes an on-screen
image that shows where the brightness ie between all the way and all the
way up.
On the 13.04 beta I installed today, no screen image so I don't know
where I've set the brightness.
Presuming its a kernel bug I've done the bug report.
