I am surprised about the missing interest in dealing with this bug. We
have the support end for a major LTS release, Lucid, coming up, and one
would assume that people, who still hang on this release, will upgrade
to the next LTS version, Precise.

I don't expect to be the only one with a major problem, yet nobody seems
to be interested in dealing with it. Am I all by myself to figure out
how to make the change?

I am removing the status of 'incomplete' because there is nothing to
recover from a trashed system.

** Changed in: update-manager (Ubuntu)
       Status: Incomplete => New
