- On the "Welcome" window I selected Italian language - Clicked on network manager icon in indicator bar (top left side of screen) and connected to a wireless network - waited quite a while but the status of the "is connected to internet" item did not change to green tick - clicked on continue all the same, on the "Wireless" window I was asked if I wanted to connect to a wireless network as it did not seem to detect I was already connected - selected to connect to the wireless network I was already connected to, entered the password, and continued installation normally. I am attaching a screenshot where you can see I am connected to a wireless network but the status of the "is connected to internet" item is not a green tick. ** Attachment added: "screenshot" https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ubiquity/+bug/940334/+attachment/3652683/+files/DSCN4716.JPG -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/940334 Title: Ubiquity says I'm not connected to the internet, but I am To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ubiquity/+bug/940334/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
