Public bug reported:
i use the do-release-upgrade command upgrade from 12.10 to 13.04.
after upgrade, the hime/gcin is no longer start.
not just the tray did not show.
the whole software can not usable.
i use the kde as my windows management.
is there any package or config i need to remove or modify.
