sorry for the too long delay for answering.
in fact, my comment into #31 is not true all the time: 
- after a cold boot & logging, that mouse works well for a while, but then the 
problems are back (as if the mouse buffer (if it exist) was full and not 
refreshed, ending with erratic work)
- loging out and back does not resolve that issue; only a cold boot restore a 
normal use for a while.

Its with gnome-shell/unity RR i386 + nvidia-313-updates
