Public bug reported:

In some windows, bottom of the screen in simply cut out when starting in
maximized mode. I first noticed it with package "gnome subtitles" and I
thought it's a bug in gnome subtitles. But then, I opened ubuntu help
from the desktop and the same thing happened.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open ubuntu help from global app menu
2. Maximize ubuntu help and then close it
3. Open ubuntu help again (now it starts in maximizes mode) and take a look at
the bottom of the screen.
