Public bug reported:

I've got an Onkyo TX-NR509 AV receiver, and whenever I turn it on both monitors
blink a couple times, then:
- The Unity menu is no longer accessible
- Window decorations disappear
- Ctrl-Alt-t still works, but the terminal window is placed at (0,0), can't be
moved (even with Alt+mouse drag), and will overlay any other windows started
before it even if it doesn't have focus.
