Public bug reported:
After upgrading to 13.04 the fan of my HP 6730b runs at full speed when
resuming after suspend. Before the suspend everything is ok.
Workaround is to boot with the old kernel from 12.10 (3.5.0-27).
I also tried mainline build 3.8.9-030809. Problem occurs there as well.
