I don't know if it's a problem in libreoffice or a gnome one.
reproduce it:
- in libreoffice, open the styles and formatting window
- close libreoffice
- open nautilus/files, and go to a folder where you have a odt file
- open the odt file from nautilus => after opened, neither libreoffice main
window nor style little windows have focus
