Public bug reported:
When I set a new wallpaper and then move the chosen file to a different
place, the performance of Unity desktop becomes poor after rebooting.
The open windows don't disappear anymore. The tool tips don't disappear
anymore. Everything a bad.
When I choose a new wallpaper, everything is OK again.
The issue is reproduicable.
Used Ubuntu version is 12.04 LTS.
