I started a kernel "Reverse" bisect between v3.9-rc2 and v3.9-rc3. The kernel bisect will require testing of about 7-10 test kernels.
I built the first test kernel, up to the following commit: 6d9431a7496947cba54fa3b4940ba6041029d5c1 The test kernel can be downloaded from: http://people.canonical.com/~jsalisbury/lp1169244 Can you test that kernel and report back if it has the bug or not.
