I have tried it again, then no luck.
However it turned out that the work for lts-enablement stack was done on
livecd-rootfs package in precise-updates.
ubuntu-defaults-builder uses config in livecd-rootfs package as is just like:
$ ln -s "/usr/share/livecd-rootfs/live-build/auto/$f" auto/
We have to use precise to build a image of precise with lts-enablement
stack.
Depending on maintenance policy of livecd-rootfs package, further works
can be done in livecd-rootfs. Closing this to ubuntu-defaults-builder
for now.
