I have a BCM4313 and am running Kubuntu 12.04.02. Until today I've been using the lts-quantal kernel (3.5.0-27 and 3.5.0-28 from -proposed) with bcmwl-kernel-source_6.20.155.1+bdcom- 0ubuntu0.0.1_amd64.deb (precise-updates).
Today I've installed the kernel from linux-generic-lts-raring (3.8.0-19) with the bcmwl package from: https://launchpad.net/~albertomilone/+archive/broadcom I can report that with the above package the wl module works fine with the 3.8.0-19 kernel *and* this bug seems to be fixed. At least I could ping and ssh from another computer (N900). This is on a WPA2 network. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1111956 Title: BCM4313 ignores ARP broadcast packets To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/bcmwl/+bug/1111956/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
