Please sync google-glog 0.3.3-1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * no_signalhandler_on_arm.patch: disable test that can't work on arm,
    thanks Alan Griffiths (lp: #1154677)
 This change has been forwarded to Debian. (Thanks, mterry!)

    be run only on x86 and x86_64.
