Public bug reported:

I always map the Desktop Wall bindings to super + arrows (and move with
windows with super+alt+arrows)

Since I upgraded to 13.04, super+up and super+down arrows does not
trigger the workspace switcher.

Note that:
- Super +left and super + right works as expected.
- Super + left or right and then down or up (while keeping super pressed) works
as expected.
- super+alt+arrows works as expected.
