I'm confused... the checkbox log clearly shows that the test commands
were being run:

2013-03-08 01:42:32,855 INFO Executing camera/still
2013-03-08 01:42:32,856 INFO Running command: camera_test still
2013-03-08 01:43:21,018 INFO Executing camera/display
Those are all manual tests that are executed by clicking on the "Test"
button.
Could you also attach the file "~/.cache/checkbox/submission.xml" and
the output of this:
dpkg -l |grep checkbox
I too am unable to recreate this, either locally on my Raring system, or
in a VM.
What version of Ubuntu are you running?
