Kubuntu 12.04 and 12.10 were affected by this bug as well. I can't
remember if it was the case for previous versions, but the 13.04 still
affected too !

For the moment, the only way to contourn the problem, is to select
gdebi-kde as default installer instead of qapt-deb-installer.

Please, this is a really bad and important bug, cause new users of
Kubuntu, don't know about "dpkg -i" commands, or how to select another
installer ....

Don't you think it's dramatically funny that the installer say "Done",
but nothing is installed????
