Hello Abdo, Dell Poweredge is not the place to file bugs for Inspiron Laptops. It PowerEdge is for Servers only. Dell-sputnik is also a repository for a specific Dell laptop model, the XPS 13. Please do not use any of the packages for either dell poweredge or sputnik as they won't work on your system.
Also, 11.10 Ubuntu has reached end of life as of April of this year.
