Looks like I missed last steps in backtrace generation. I will redo and upload new file. What I see now webcam showed up at /dev/video1 after failure then back to /dev/video0. Now I can't reproduce and it is working fine. This happens on skype as well. I disconnect calls when webcam cause problems. After a few tries, it is working fine.
