** Description changed:

  Since I reinstalled yesterday Kubuntu 13.04 32bits on my DELL Latitude
  2110 laptop from DVD, I can not connect anymore in KDE: it works fine
  after installation, and the wifi was OK (although it has deconnected
  sometimes). But today, I can not connect in KDE.
  
- When I open a terminal, every minute I saw that message:

  Everything was OK with previous versions of Kubuntu.
