Impact:
Every upload of Xen in Precise and Quantal produces an email from Launchpad
complaining about that. Just has slacked because it seems non-fatal and by the
time of a new upload I usually forgot about it.
Fix:
Trying to fix this by removing the offending duplicate in the .po file.
Testcase:
Upload without complaint.
