Public bug reported:

Kernel doesn't boot when the kernel is built with gcc 4.8 (default at
saucy).

Same tree works when built with 4.7.

To test:
* Flash latest raring/saucy touch image at mako
* Install/extract the kernel from the linux-mako package (saucy)
* Run: abootimg -u /dev/block/mmcblk0p6 -k <kernel>
* Reboot

To restore to a working kernel, just flash the boot.img file available
at cdimage (http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/ubuntu-touch-preview/daily-
preinstalled/current/raring-preinstalled-boot-armel+mako.img) with
fastboot (sudo fastboot flash boot boot.img).

** Affects: linux-mako (Ubuntu)
     Importance: High
         Status: New

** Changed in: linux-mako (Ubuntu)
   Importance: Undecided => High
