Solution: Remove /etc/X11/xorg.conf
Problem cause: Upgrading from older Ubuntu versions leaves the fglrx driver
installed in xorg.conf.
In ubuntu 13.04 this gives problems. Do not know why and how.
Installing the vesa driver is not a solution.
Tip for the developers: Remove xorg.conf during installation if fglrx
fails to load.
Bug can be closed.
