Public bug reported:

In Ubuntu (Unity) 13.04:

After using automatic resize of window e.g. ctrl+alt+3
When right clicking on a title bar of that window and selecting "Move to
another workspace" > "Workspace [number]"
it doesn't work. I expected this command to work in any way.
But when given window is manually resized or "restored" using ctrl+alt+5, given
right click move to another workspace works.

This is rather non-natural, and it should be allowed for all windows,
regardless of what way they are (re)sized to be allowed to move using
right clicking and selecting mentioned command.

** Affects: ubuntu
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
