I can attest that gnome-color-manager successfuly installed in Precise
12.04.2 LTS.
However there is no way to launch the application :
$ gnome-color-manager
gnome-color-manager: command not found
Even after installing the suggested package (+ dependencies) from the
Qunatal release ...
