can't get Back Up to back up. It keeps freezing up and and giving me
the error
`Error when getting information for file '/media/stantron/FreeAgent

Input/output error`
I tried deleting the old back-up and trying again. Its possible that it
could be my external harddrive malfunctioning, but I want to make sure.
