Public bug reported: I'm really upset since Ubuntu 12.10 release.
Ethernet, WiFi and Modem Manager is not working properly. Even modem manager does not accessing internet on connected. I've reported a bug here (https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/modemmanager/+bug/1167287) but no any solution or patch found yet. My internet dongle is waste since 12.10.
