Binary package hint: ubuntu-docs
The Instant Messaging topic doesn't do much to help users get started
with instant messaging. It only has some basic information on starting
Pidgin and a bit on IRC.
The topic should at least help users to get an IM account set-up and to
start conversations with their contacts.
