Public bug reported:
After installing Java 6 and 7, I can right-click on jar files and do
"open with" and select Java 6 or 7 there, but I cannot set jar files to
always open with Java by going to the properties of a jar file, to the
"Open With" tab, and selecting them in the list because they do not
appear in the list of available applications nor does Ubuntu 13.04 give
you the ability to add applications to that list.
