Can you install 0.0.5-0~140~raring1 or above from the PPA and see if
this bug persists?
Instructions to upgrade:
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:freyja-dev/unity-tweak-tool-daily
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install unity-tweak-tool
