I have a situation like that. in my case I can't close a some window1, which I
want to close, but window2 have closed, which is situated under window1.
My OS is Ubuntu 13.04, installed on empty partition. I use gnome and cairo
(gnome-panels are disabled, I use an cairo docks only).
