Please let us know steps to reproduce.

Some time this issue is happening in latest distro's with gnome
environment due to GTK+ theme.  Try changing the theme to other than
GTK+.

Steps to change the theme:-
1) install qt4-config package 
2) run "qtconfig" command and change theme other than (GTK+ or Default-->GTK+)
3) Save "File-->Save" and exit
4) Reboot system
