Public bug reported:

When attempting to play an mp3 in Amarok 2.7.0 on Kubuntu 13.04 I get
the message

amarok requires an additional plugin to decode this file, ID3 tag
demuxer

It also offers to search for that plugin but does not find it. All the
obvious software sources are enabled. Other players (e.g., mplayer)
have no problem playing the file.

udo apt-cache policy amarok
amarok:
  Installed: 2:2.7.0-0ubuntu2
