Public bug reported:

On previous versions of Ubuntu I was using non-default hotkeys to change
between tabs in XFCE4 Terminal. Please note that I am using Unity on Ubuntu,
and not Xubuntu.
Since upgrading to 13.04 this functionality seems to be gone. It seems that the
keys are now Ctrl+PgUp/PgDown, and these are now hardcoded as far as I can see.
I have tried to put the correct config into
$HOME/.config/xfce4/terminal/terminalrc:
AccelPrevTab=<Shift>Left
AccelNextTab=<Shift>Right
But this seems to have no effect.

I have not been able to find any readily available information on how to
change this, or why this was changed. I personally thing this is a step
back in functionality, and as it stands I have to find a new terminal
that suits my needs or possibly compile from source.

I have not yet investigated this to any great extents, but I do feel
that this is wrong. There may be a good reason this has been
removed/changed, but leaving this undocumented is not a good thing in my
opinion.

** Affects: xfce4-terminal (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
