Public bug reported:
The /var/log/usb_modeswich.log file when there is a successful
converstion is attached. Will attached a unsuccessful conversion file
soon
The issue was first faced on my Hp Envy Spectre XT 13-2001TU.

What is expected:
usb_modeswitch should work even during hotplugging. however it works only at
boot time.

When hotplugging the conversion fails.

** Attachment added: "The log file when it succeeds at boot time. Will attach
the log file for failure."
