I don't understand what is misleading about this description. It clearly
states that the package contains translation files for the German
language.

There is much worse descriptions in the DDTP and changing this string
for all language pack descriptions is something I personally do not want
to do.

Maybe you could turn it around and write something like "German
translation data for Ubuntu" or similar but I don't think it's worth
changing.

Unassigning German translators since this is not a translation bug.
