Please copy&paste the output of "ubuntu-drivers debug" (in a terminal).
Indeed we explicitly *don't* show the nvidia driver if the intel driver
is already loaded, as X.org cannot currently handle hybrid mode (the
debug log will confirm). You can disable the intel card in the BIOS,
then you can use the nvidia one.
