Steps to reproduce:
1. Set "Include Online Search Results" switch to "Off" in Privacy panel of
System Settings.
2. Open Dash -> click Applications lens
3. Enter some text in search bar
Actual results:
"Apps Available For Download" are displayed.
Expected results:
Only installed apps should be searched/displayed.
